Our Team

You will likely first be greeted by our Scheduling Coordinator, Shawn, who will quickly put you at ease with her calm, sunny demeanor--indeed, she is recently transplanted from "Sun Diego" and can tell you all about her bright outdoor adventures! Hint: she's got a cool surfboard.

Treatment Coordinator Mollie will expertly guide you through the new-patient process, answering questions and helping you to feel confident about your treatment plan. Outside the office, Mollie enjoys foodie adventures, antique hunting, and making her legendary peanut butter bars with salted chocolate ganache (ask her for the recipe!).

When Financial Coordinator Toni is not on the phone with your insurance company or corralling the Beaverton Ortho team, she may be crocheting an office stuffie for the next holiday or brilliantly inspired to deck our halls with seasonal glitz and glam. She has a magic wand in her hand that you can't see but know is there.

Orthodontic Assistant Emily has enjoyed being a member of our wonderful team from the very beginning. Always willing to go the extra mile, Emily is known as the office go-to gal. She's been in braces twice (including now!) and so can personally relate to your experience every step of the way.

Watch out for our jack-of-all-trades Alexa! She wears multiple hats and you may see her running around supporting both the administrative and clinical teams as an Orthodontic Assistant. She remains incredibly calm and composed through any chaotic day. 

If you have a retainer or other appliance, there’s a good chance it was crafted by lab tech extraordinaire Mike. Here at Beaverton Ortho, he is truly appreciated for his ability to reach things on high shelves as well as chair-sitting for extended periods of time without numbness or fatigue! If you catch Mike daydreaming, it may be because he’s either pondering the NCAA rules governing college football recruiting or the latest Supreme Court rulings.
